Manuscript Formatting Instructions for Authors
Organization of Manuscript
Manuscript should be typewritten in 12 font size, double-spaced, with margins of at least 1.5 cm on all sides. The matter should be organized as follows: title page, abstract, keywords, sections (introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusions), acknowledgements, references, tables, and figures with captions and legends. Pages should be numbered consecutively, beginning with the title page.
Title Page
Title of the manuscript is in boldface, title case (font size 20), followed by the names of the writers in normal face, title case (font size 14), and then the addresses of the authors in normal face, title case on the title page (font size 12). The writers' names should be listed with their initials and last names. To eliminate confusion, full names may occasionally be given. Please include the full postal address (or addresses) and pin number(s) of the location(s) where the study was done after the authors' names. When more than one institute contributed to the publication, the affiliation of each author should be made explicit by adding superscript Arabic numbers before the institute and after the name\. An asterisk must be used to designate the author to whom letters should be addressed. Please write "*Corresponding Author" at the bottom left corner of this page, along with the research institution's or college's phone number, fax number, and functional email address of the corresponding author, to whom all correspondence (including galley proofs) should be addressed.
Abstract
The abstract must be concise, limited to 250 words, and structured as follows: it starts with an introductory sentence that presents the research question in an accessible manner for a general audience. Following this, background information specific to the study is provided, followed by the presentation of results, and concluding with a summarizing statement. It serves as a brief encapsulation of the research, offering insights into its purpose, context, findings, and implications for the field.
Keywords
Up to 5-7 keywords must be provided in alphabetical order, These should be typed at the end of the abstract on same sheet.
Introduction
It should start on a new page, be succinct, and only contain a statement of the problem, the objectives, and the goals of the experiments, together with a brief review of any relevant literature.
Materials and Methods
It should begin on the same page as the introduction. All important materials and equipments along with, the manufacturer’s name and the location (if possible) should be provided. Brief descriptions of the key techniques will be provided, along with citations. It is possible to describe in sufficient detail new or significantly modified approaches. New methods or substantially modified methods may be described in detail. The statistical method and the level of significance chosen shall be clearly stated.
Results and Discussion
It should incorporate key findings of the work with clear and simple statements. the tables and figures may be used as needed without reiterating their information. The statistical treatment of data and significance level of the factors should be stated wherever necessary. The discussion should deals with the interpretation of results, making the readers to understanding of the problem taken and should be logical. The scope of the results, which need to be further explored, could also be discussed.
Conclusion
The conclusion should summarize the key findings the work, and offer your final impression on the central idea. This section should not just restate the abstract.
Acknowledgements
Acknowledgements as well as information regarding funding sources may be provided.
References
Citations of literature within the text must be presented in numerical order in colour e.g. [1] which can find under the corresponding number in the reference list. This number is static, meaning that the same number is used every time you wish to cite a particular reference at any point in paper. Please note the following examples.
