ABSTRACT:
Cancer, a severe metabolic syndrome, is the leading cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide and the numbers of cases are continuously rising. The cancer phenomenon is described by uncontrolled proliferation and dedifferentiation of a Normal cell. Cancer cells have some marked features. Modifications of epigenetic processes involved in cell growth and differentiation also lead to the development of a cancer. Various types of cancer form exist in human and the lung, breast and colorectal cancer most common forms. Anti-cancer drugs are traditionally classified either by their mechanism of action or by their origins. Current project is focused on development of potent VEGFR inhibitor obtained from virtual screening of selected phytochemical based designed molecules. Phytochemicals have been used for Used for the treatment of cancer throughout history due to their safety low toxicity and general availability .in this project designed about 6 different molecules having phytochemical scaffold. Virtual screening of all molecules were carried out using docking analysis by using PyRx online software. Virtual screening filters include ADME studies using Swiss ADME .From Virtual screening analysis we got 2 virtual hits i.e. C3and C4 .2 virtual leads were synthesized. Synthesized leads are likely to act by inhibiting VEGFR which are over expressed in cancer and thus show anti-cancer activity.
