ABSTRACT:
Niosomes are vesicles made of non Ionic surfactant that are more stable biodegradable and mostly harmless because surfactant are more chemically stable that lipids noisome are ideal for liposome noisome represent an emerging class of novel vesicular system these are self assembled vesicles composed primarily of synthetic surfactant and cholesterol a comprehensive research come over noisome as a drug carrier over noisome as a drug carrier various drugs are enlist and tried in niosome surfactant vesicles niosomes proved to be promising drug carrier has potential to reduced side effect of drug and increased therapeutic effectiveness in various disease this approaches offers minimal toxicity and desirable targeting effectiveness the desired pharmacokinetic property can be attained through optimization of constitute or surface modifications this review outline the current advanced and fundamental of niosomes with their diverse application
